How To use..
This is a modifier.so you place it as the child of some polygon based objects.You then set a maximum distance , and anything within the camera frustrum and the max distance will be subdivided.
you can also set it to only do this subdivision at render time. Which means that if your using sub-poly displacement,you have less poly’s to displace at render time making things much faster to render.
