Please be sure that the plugin you purchase is compatible with the system you have, before you make your purchase. If you are not sure, create a Support Ticket.. and ask support about product compatibility, and ask any questions you may have.

If you purchase a plugin which is incompatible with your C4D version and OS,  you are not entitled to a refund.

  • You can only ever get a refund if you made a genuine mistake during the ordering process, such as a double order.
  • Once you have downloaded, used and/or registered a plugin (or an account), you can not get a refund.
  • Support renewals and/or upgrades are not refundable.

Important:

  1. Cineware (the version that comes with After Effects) does not support plugins.
  2. please be sure to check the version compatibility. 
  3. if a plugin info does not mention that it works with a specific version, assume it does not. If in doubt, just ask.
