For almost 10 years, we have used the processor share*it, from Digital River. This has been a successful partnership. Unfortunately, Share-it has not moved with the times, and is, in many ways old and outdated. Their accounting process is not transparent, and their cut of the pie has become unjustifiable. They have been systematically taking liberties, with both us and our customers, for years, through bias exchange rates and overcharging on fees. It took a long to to understand this clearly. Now that it is clear to us, what they are doing, it is time to act, and put a swift end to this relationship.
